Consultation hours

Our consultation hours are: Monday mornings 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and afternoons 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday mornings 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., afternoons 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday mornings 8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., afternoons by appointment only. Thursday mornings 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., afternoons 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. On Fridays, appointments are generally available by appointment only.

🚨 Need an urgent appointment? Use an urgency code (referral/appointment code)!

We are legally obliged to keep a quota available for appointment referral with an urgency code (also called a referral/appointment code). This is currently rarely used.

How to obtain an urgency code (referral/appointment code):

1. Via the patient service of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (116117)

You can obtain an urgency code (referral/appointment code) online and use it to get an appointment within 24 hours, provided the system determines that it is urgent. To do so, enter 14532 as the postal code.

2. Via your general practitioner

Your general practitioner can best assess the medical urgency and issue you an urgency code (referral/appointment code) on the referral form. With this code, you can come by during our consultation hours.
